I just paid the fee via the site so, maybe just either refund the difference when I arrive or we can put it toward the catering.

Hi Travis,

The higher fee for vendors doesn't apply in this case (you were on board early, regardless of whether any deals failed to develop).

So you just pay the initial vendor fee.biggrin

You had asked me to design the image for the shirts.  Instead of a cash payment I was going to receive entry into the con as a vender and several shirts.  I haven't heard from anyone from your side in months.  Being it is such a late date, I was under the impression you had changed your mind.  So that leaves me with one question now, do I still have to pay the late vender fee?

The 2009 convention shirt link is active...we're doing tshirts this year...and they come in sizes from S to 6XL...If you'd like to purchase a shirt before the convention, please have your order in by September 26th.

Less than 2 months to the con!
